Victim Services of Cullman came into existence in 1991 when a group of concerned citizens wanted to create a safe shelter in Cullman County for victims/survivors of domestic violence.

Over the years, our agency has expanded to provide comprehensive services for individuals and families impacted by domestic and sexual violence. 

Our goal is to empower survivors and help them rebuild their lives, free from violence and fear.
